Licensing & Branding

Subscription License: Active subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the MortgageCheck platform, including your personalized microsite, AI assistant, and lead management tools.

Duration: Your license remains valid while your subscription is in good standing. Upon cancellation or termination, your license ends at the close of your billing period.

Scope: The license covers use for your own mortgage brokerage business. You may not sublicense, resell, or share access with other brokerages.

Your Branding: You may prominently display your brokerage name, logo, photo, and contact information on your microsite. This is encouraged to build trust with borrowers.

MortgageCheck Branding: The MortgageCheck logo appears in the header and footer of all microsites. You may not remove, obscure, or modify this branding.

Co-Branding: You may reference MortgageCheck in your marketing materials (e.g., "Powered by MortgageCheck"). Contact us for approved logo files and usage guidelines.

Do: Use the MortgageCheck logo as provided, with adequate spacing and contrast.

Don't: Modify colors, proportions, or add effects to the logo.

Don't: Use the logo in ways that imply endorsement of unrelated products or services.

Don't: Register trademarks that include "MortgageCheck" or confusingly similar terms.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of content you upload (photos, bios, custom messaging). By uploading, you grant MortgageCheck a license to display it on your microsite.

Lead Data: Lead data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf and do not claim ownership.

Platform Content: The MortgageCheck platform, including UI designs, AI prompts, and calculation engines, remains the intellectual property of MortgageCheck Inc.

Webhooks: Subscribers may use webhook integrations to connect MortgageCheck with their CRM or other tools.

Rate Limits: API access is subject to reasonable rate limits to ensure platform stability.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use API access to scrape data, build competing products, or resell access.

Future APIs: Additional API features may be released with separate terms and pricing.

Your Responsibility: You must ensure your use of MortgageCheck complies with all applicable mortgage broker regulations, advertising standards, and privacy laws in your province.

Disclosure: You must clearly communicate to borrowers that MortgageCheck estimates are educational and not lending commitments.

Licensing: You represent that you hold valid mortgage broker or agent licensing in the jurisdictions where you operate.

Your license terminates automatically if:

• Your subscription lapses or is cancelled

• You violate these licensing terms or our Terms of Use

• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, you must cease all use of MortgageCheck branding and remove any co-branded materials.
